My name is Marcin Damian Rybak.

From time to time, I find myself in situations where I think to myself, “Marcin, you should really write this down somewhere.”

What I did, and what I do:

  • Analyse the IT infrastructure problems, planing the customers IT strategy migrations (based on wide experiences in mixed environments (gov, edu, financial, legal)).
  • technical support for clients infrastructure and problems (Linux, Windows XP/Vista, Office) for business continuity and resiliency
  • many systems implementations based on Linux (RedHat Enterprise, PLD, Gentoo, Centos), configure and maitenance many network services (webservers, mailservers, dns, firewalls, proxy…)
  • Installations and managing the Windows Server systems
  • Disaster Recovery systems (based on commercial and open source software)
  • High privacy systems (including fingerprint and token authentication)
  • HP, checkpoint, linksys, (some cisco) network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, vpn gateways, access points) configuration and testing for integrated communication
  • Hardware configuration (Intel based IBM/HP servers, bladecenter), storage systems (arrays, tape libraries), PC, notebooks… and so on
